Preparation:
Break the beef dripping into chunks and evenly distribute them over and under the filaments inside your fryer.
Initial Melting:
Turn on to no more than 40°C until the beef dripping starts to melt. Monitor for any smoke; if present, immediately turn off the fryer until the smoke clears.
Repeat Melting Steps:
Continue the process of turning the fryer on and off while adding additional beef dripping as and when required. Continue this until the filaments are thoroughly covered in oil.
Complete Melting:
Now melt the remaining beef dripping chunks until the fryer is filled with the desired amount of oil.
Morning Routine:
Once the beef dripping has been initially melted and the filaments are adequately coated, subsequent usage requires no repetition of the turning on and off steps. Simply turn on the fryer to a normal start-up setting during your morning routine, and the filaments will efficiently melt the solidified beef dripping back into a ready-to-use oil without the need for additional steps. This streamlined process ensures conveni- ence and time-saving for your frying needs.
